PLEASE explain the abbreviations

Can someone tell me what these abbreviations mean? LO, DD, DH, etc...i read up a lot on this site but always get stuck on these abbreviations. Please tell me the ones u know.

Bump Board Glossary

Down at the very bottom of the left navigation bar (where all the links are to other boards), there is one titled "bump board glossary" under the section titled "my boards".  It's a very helpful link for all of us newbies/infrequent visitors!

LO-little one

DH-dear husband

DD-darling daughter, I think, but you have to look at the context because I think I have seen it for designated driver and even dunkin donuts. LOL.

There is a link under all the "boards" on the left hand side of the page called Bump Board Glossary.

Bump Board Glossary at the bottom left side of the page under "my boards" ... but in reference specifically to dd, lo, dh:

dd: dear/darling daughter

lo: little one

dh: dear/darling husband

LOL! = laugh out loud!  ..just kidding.  I didn't know either, and that glossary only helps a little.

LO= Little one/loved one

DD= Dear Daughter

DH= Dear Husband

...what else?

Not all of the abbreviations are on the bump glossary. I had trouble with a few of them as well.

AW = Attention Whore

V-day = viability day..which is considered to be 24 weeks

I think all the other ones were mentioned and should be on the glossary, but not all of them are.
