DS (really me) is getting bored with some of his toys. I'm looking to get some new ones that won't cost a ton and that he will get some use out of. Right now we have rattles, teethers, peekaboo blocks, ring stacker, toy telephone, a FP roll around animal
playground, stuffed animals, board books etc. Mostly small toys. I want to get an activity table but not sure what else. What do you recommend??
Re: Favorite toys for your crawler/stander/pre-walker?
If hes crawling anything that he can push on his hands and knees were big with AT. Like cars etc.
Once he started pulling up he liked the leap frong table then the stand behind walker was next. He would race around the kitchen pushing that thing. To this day he loves to push stuff.
Keira LOVES this ball:

Definitely get the Leap Frop Learn & Groove table - there are usually lots of them on craigslist too. Liam loooooved that from about 4 months until we had to return it to the family we borrowed it from at about a year, and he was still loving it then.
Liam also has this Tonka push and ride truck that he got when he was 7 months old. He still plays with it. He loves to sit on it and also to push it around. Make sure you get the version with the steering wheel (the one at TRU doesn't have the steering wheel) and that is the best part because it makes all kinds of truck sounds that he loves. BTW we didn't pay anywhere near $75 for it, it was like $35 - I don't know why amazon's pricing gets wonky sometimes.
Ditto all of the things the pps said.
Around that age DD became obsessed with a tunnel at the Museum of Life & Science. I came home and found a big cardboard box, put it between 2 dining room chairs... at 26 months she is still playing with that box. I did decorate the inside with some stickers. Super cheap and super fun!
