BRU has onesies that just say, "Big Sister", if that's what you're looking for.
I was looking for something specific, so I made DS's Big Brother shirt.
Hobby Lobby (and I'm sure Joann's Fabric as well) sells plain white t-shirts and onesies. They also sell several iron-on transfers (I think they may have had ones that said Big Brother or Big Sister.)
I was a bit more picky. So I bought a packet of "Transfer Magic" Inkjet Transfer Paper at Hobby Lobby. It came with (7) 81/2" X 11" Heat transfer paper sheets for use with Inkjet and bubble jet printers. It also came with a free software download code for Hanes T-shirt maker Lite. Took me about 20 minutes.....
I've seen them at a couple of the stores before....DS has a really cute one from Carter's. I've also found a ton of cute ones on Etsy, but that's out if you don't want to order online and wait for it since it would take some time to get made and get to you.
