How did pumping and the intro to the bottle go? Did you get some rest?

    MH introduced the first bottle on Sunday afternoon (he was weary about doing it the first time in the middle of the night).  She drank about 1 oz hesitantly.  Yesterday we tried to give her the bottle and she refused to take it.  So it's still an ongoing process for us.  Any tips to get baby to take the bottle?!  Thanks for checking in!

    Are you feeding her on demand or on a schedule? We found that giving her the bottle when she woke up hungry rather than we woke her up worked best. Figure if she is that hungry she will take anything. Also I am never around when DH gives her the bottle. I read that they can sense that. I dont know if the type of nipple would make a difference. We are using the Medela slow flow nipples. Hope it gets better soon. GL! Keep me posted.
