the longevity of....hemorrhoids

If you get a hemorrhoid during pregnancy does it last throughout the entire pregnancy? Or is it one of those things that goes away and comes back? ?I'm afraid of getting these.

    I have one.  It goes away and then comes back.  But luckily it only really hurt me for 2-3 days.  Now it's more annoying than painful.

    I had them late w/ DD1, w/ my 2nd m/c....  definitely comes and goes.  GL!

    I don't know ... mine showed up about a month ago, and now that I'm ready to give birth, they are starting to hurt. :( They haven't gone away since they first appeared - YUCK!
