Dude, WTF Parent?

So, I was just in a meeting with one of my middle schooler's parents and she tapped me on top of the head and said, "You need to take care of that."  Meaning, I have grey hair and it is showing.  I wanted to scream at her, "I am pregnant and can't dye my hair with what I normally dye it with!  F off, you douche!"  Vent over.

My Dr said I could dye my hair. Did yours say not to?

You shouldn't use dye that touches your scalp.  I dye my hair dark brown, so it definitely touches the scalp.  I am pretty sure that you can highlight, though, as long as you use foils and they don't go too deep down to your skin.  I would talk with my hair stylist, too.

Whoops! I have dyed my hair once. I'm going to have to go darker and hopefully won't need to do anything else to it.. BTW That was stupid and rude of that a**hole!

I think that I am going to start getting foil highlights just to blend the grey in instead of covering it up.  We'll see how this whole situation pans out. 

We should be able to teach the parents manners, too.  I moved here from the Deep South, and these people have no manners.  It is really weird, kind of like a Twilight Zone episode, when you move from somewhere with manners to somewhere without!
