I know most of us were too old to get this when it came out, I'm starting to feel blessed because of that. I heard on the news that girls were getting severe effects from it, but I never knew how bad they were.

DH's sis works with a girl that started having severe heart problems and just dropped to the floor one day. She is getting worse and worse as the weeks pass, and they just confirmed with a second doctor it was Gardasil! This makes me so sad. Sixteen years old. Permanent damage to her heart. My little sister got it but she never got the booster so I'm hoping she'll not be harmed.... crazy!

I got the Gardasil vaccine.  Before I got it...I always had normal pap smears, after getting it...I've had abnormal pap smears.  To the point where my last pap showed high-grade cells...so I might have cervical cancer. Also, It made me bleed in between periods.  I also think it may have been the reason for my miscarriage.  That's just my opinion though!

I got the vaccine about a year and a half ago.  Both my OB and GP strongly recommended it.  I haven't had any complications and I don't think that's what caused my m/cs.  Interesting.  It's scary that it's had such a negative effect on some women.

Yeah, I was too old to get this and I'm glad too.  They were pushing it so hard and all the commercials were all about laying on the guilt trip.  Scary to hear the stories.
