I found out today that my OB doesn't want me to get a flu shot til I'm 12 weeks (I'm not quite 5w right now). My DH is refusing to get a shot, but I'm insisting that he protect himself (if he gets sick and my immunity is down, I'm pretty much sure to pick it up). He's trying to find ways around it and read about the nasal mist. Do you know of anyplace that offers it? We live in Burlington, but I'm sure he'd be willing to travel to get it if it means no needle. Jeez... what a baby! :-)

just as a FYI, the nasal mist (unlike the shot) is a live virus, which means there is a possibility for him to contract the flu after getting the mist, or for it to shed and for you to contract the flu
