Bug bites....advice please

So about a week ago I had a couple bug bites on my arms, then FI had a couple and this morning I see LO has three...

I have never seen any bugs in our house, our dogs dont have fleas...so I dont know what to do or what I am fighting. We have not gone anywhere out of the oridnary with her that this may have happened at. Any suggestions on what to do? Im thinking I just need to call a professional to come see what they can find
