What should I ask at my 1st appt today?

I had my ultrasound last week because they don't do u/s on Fridays.  So I got to see a little tiny bean and a flickering heartbeat, but there wasn't much of an "appointment" to the whole thing.

Today (in about an hour!) is my first big appointment with the doctor.  What questions did you ask (or wish you would have asked) at your first appointment?

I asked about her thoughts on both flu vaccines, safe meds, what to know about my upcoming travel plans, 1st tri weight loss, what to expect at future appointments.
