tripodding question

Ok, so we're supposed to put them in a sitting position and let go right?  What about the arms?   Where do we put them so they can use it as a support?

I just started trying this and LO's head is WAY to heavy. He can't even stay up for 1 second... no joke.

Re: tripodding question

  • I have no answers to your questions but have wanted to say for awhile that your LO is adorable. The second pic in your siggy makes me smile every time I see it.

Thanks!  We actually used that pic as the birth announcement.  We wanted to wait to get a picture that included his personality!  haha.

i don't know if this is "right" but i put her in a seated position (legs spread) and put her hands down in the middle.  For a while she just did a face plant, so be ready.  Then she started holding herself up maybe a second, then 5 seconds, now she can do it indefinitely until she discovers her toes or coughs.

    this!

  • Does your LO do a crunch move when laying on his back? My LO would do that all the time so I decided to try the tripod sit and he sat up for a good 10 seconds then he would face plant because he would try to eat his toes.
