Then you came and told me to wear it under my jeans, zip as far as I can, and then fold the top down over the button and zipper.

i've started tucking mine into my underwear too and that works great for me and then do the fold over!  Why they don't put this on the package is beyond me.

A friend suggested the folding over to me, and I am eternally indebted!  At least I could pay it forward

I was wearing mine the "old way" before and didn't really think I had that much of a problem, but when I saw the new suggestion posted I gave it a try and am SOOO much more comfortable!

 Funny story: I'm wearing TWO bella bands today LOL.  One for my pants (tucked in and folded the new/good way) and then I'm wearing one as a tube top because the shirt I chose is a little too low cut for work, so I'm wearing the other bella band under it.  I just find it funny I'm wearing 2 today.  It's a little excessive I think.

What a great idea!  I am starting to bust out (literally) of all of the tanks that I wear under low cut shirts for work (defeating the purpose entirely), I am going to try this!

Damn...I didn't know you were supposed to wear it like that. I gave mine to my sister in law because the thing was such a pain. Might have to invest in a new one.

I wouldn't say you're supposed to, but it's definitely more comfortable!

I have a small waist and big hips, so mine kept rolling down and up at the ends. SO annoying.
