Major headaches since delivery

Since I had DS I get reaaally bad headaches daily. I haven't changed my diet and I don't think they are really stress related, because I am honestly not as stressed as you might think. I don't think it's sleep related because DH and I take turns and I do actually get a good amount of sleep. Have any of you had this? I need to call my doc today and see about an appt.

    Did you have an epi? My first thought was spinal headaches. My friend ended up with headaches after her last baby and she hasn't figured it out either. Hopefully your doc can help!

    I am having that same problem.  I never used to get headaches and now I have one everyday.  I wonder if mine comes from not drinking enough water though.  Let us know what the dr. says

    I haven't had this since delivery but I had it a few years ago.  Basically my doc told me that somehow my body got convinced that having a headache every day was a normal behavior and we needed to interrupt the cycle because they flared into migraines at time.

    There are all sorts of things to try, not necessarily medication.
