1st Trimester

What have you eaten today?

Me:

2 slices of apple pie, one ala mode.  2 chocolate chip muffins (made at home, so normal sized).  About 1/2 of a Schwan's spinach & mushroom pizza and a bowl of Pasta E Fagoli soup with a slice of garlic bread - oh and a PB cup.

I guess that doesn't look so healthy....  but is is homemade apple pie and homemade soup!

    a Luna bar

    1/2 a 3-seed bagel with cream cheese

    way too much water for my own good (because of my ultrasound today!)

    I had toast this am with cheese on it, an apple, sub for lunch on the tractor, and just realized I havent eaten anything for supper so I should get on that lol

    I have had:

    Bagel with jelly, 2 slices of pizza, 1 poptart, a tiny bit of rice w/chicken, and a snickers fun size

     That just sounds wrong...

  • smoothie and ww breakfast pocket sandwich

    animal crackers

    soup and a bagel

    carrots/cucumbers with ranch 

    banana

    pasta with tomatoes/spinach/cheese and garlic bread 

  • oatmeal, milk, dry special k + protein

    couscous, yogurt, string cheese, baby carrots, fruit cup

    ...and 4 red starburst.  Smile

  • Bagel w strawberry jam, yogurt, banana, lowfat string cheese, hard boiled egg, 1 green enchilada and pinto beans, black grapes and hazelnut nut thins. As for liquid, tons of water. I wish I had a culligan water dispenser in my cubicle, then I wouldn't have to get up so often.... And a bathroom!
  • Glass of orange juice
    Small cup of half-caff coffee
    Plain bagel w/ cream cheese
    small chocolate chip muffin
    Piece of pizza
    Handful of Almonds
    Sweet & Sour Chicken
    Egg Drop Soup
    Lots and lots of water

    All that, and I'm still DOWN 5lbs!?!!?

  • Hmmm...

     

    oatmeal with soy milk, bananas, strawberries, wheat germ, and nutritional yeast

    plain grain toast

    ginger ale, "chicken" noodle soup with crackers

    apple and pom/blueberry juice

    tomato soup and grilled sandwich with "chicken", cheese, tomato, spinach, and mustard

    black & green's dark chocolate

     

    Not too bad I guess; could use more vegetables.

  • nothing good! I've been doing sooo well, and today, not so much. I've had:

    Pancakes with peanutbutter

    grapes

    mac'n'cheese

    about to have some more grapes and some corn.

  • honeynut cheerios w/1%, banana, apple juice, half cup black coffee, eggsalad sandwich, potato chips, a few bites of a choco chip cookie, sierra mist, apple, couple pieces of pizza.

    guess I didn't eat 'that' bad today... 

     

     

  • mac n cheese, grapes, milk, 1/2 5 bros hamburger, some fries, sprite, plum, bagel, couple mini donuts....need to eat something maybe some more grapes!

  • oatmeal made with 2% milk & raisins

    brown sugar & cinnamon poptart

    green apple with peanut butter

    about 6 multi-grain club crackers

    pb & j sandwich 

    a little bit of chicken w broccoli & rice (chinese)

    wonton soup

    (will have dessert sometime before i take my prenatal this evening)

     *m/s has been minimal today so i took advantage of it! :)

    Banana

    talapia

    side salad

    2 bread

    2 bites choc cake

    a heck of a lot of swiss cheese..which is a "binder" and i am sure will prove to be a mistake later, i just could not get enough.  

    dinner tonight is lentils and veggies.

  • Errrrrrrrverything.  Mostly carbs.  Yum.
  • grilled cheese sandwich, glass of chocolare milk, banana, unfortunately the slice of pizza did not stay down.

  • I've had 3 saltines, a couple bites of a cesar salad and a few bites of a Chipotle burrito. I was super sick all morning though, so I'll make up for it in a few minutes by eating the rest of my burrito:)

    #10 from McDonalds ..... chicken nugget meal

    1 brownie

    corn, mashed potatoes, and cubed beef

    a regular sized a & w Root Beer float

     

    Did I mention that I went shopping and walked alot of this off Yes
