Day 3 of Fenugreek

So I started taking Fenugreek on Tuesday. Started with 12 capsules at once (pedi recommended 14 at once but I just couldn't do it) and then have continued to take 3 capsules, 3 times a day. Still haven't noticed an increase.....however! I do smell like syrup! I read somewhere that is how you know it's working...true or false??

Thats what I heard too. Maybe you'll start noticing now that you smell like syrup?!

Yup the smell of syrup was how I knew it was working.  DH jokes that he "wants pancakes" when he wants to "get some"

It took like a week before I noticed a difference.

And BTW, I found it pretty reasonably priced off of Drugstore.com.  It was about $13 for a bottle of 60 from Clovers Market here, but off Drugstore.com I got a bottle of 180 for $9.
