So I am guessing I am already learning that this pregnancy is a little different than my first. Yesterday one of my coworkers snapped at me and uncharacteristically I snapped back at her. My last pregnancy I loved everyone, everything was hysterically funny.
I am wondering how long I will be able to keep this pregnancy under wraps. I am currently using the hormonal surge that followed weaning my son as an excuse as I weaned him last month and from what I understand I can experience hormonal surges for up to eight weeks. I am generally quite rational and calm through most situations, I get a sinking suspicion I am going to start getting some side eye at work.
Any tips as to try to keep cool? TIA
Re: Irritable
no tips from me but I'll be looking back to see if others have tips.
I'm a special education teacher on a high school campus and I was about to rip the head off of the lead cafeteria lady because she wanted my students to leave class 30 minutes early to get their lunches so they "wouldn't slow the other students down!!!" It took everything in me to calmly explain my reasons for them to be included in the school population. rrrrr.... after leaving I told myself, "people really shouldn't mess with pregnant women." That made me smile.
This exactly. I wish I could just put a curtain up around my cube.
