another rash question

DD has this rash around her mouth.  Its little red bumps and kind of dry.  Could this be from teething??  Anything to make it go away?  She is getting her 1 year pics done on sunday.

    DD has this.  It is eczema.  (in our case, anyway.)  0.5% hydrocortisone from the drugstore made it worse.  We got her a Rx for 1% and it's gone.

    Does she have a dr appt coming up?  Have you tried any cream/lotion on it?  If I were you the first thing I'd try is Crisco vegetable shortening.  No, not joking.  It's fabulous for such things.
