pillow?

Anyone use those flat head prevention pillows in the crib? LO crib is so firm and it just looks so uncomfortable plus I'm trying to keep his head from getting flat.

FYI: DS has a small flat spot and it has gone away since he started sitting up more which is exactly what the pedi said. She said the risk of sids is not worth it in her opinion since most flat spots go away once LO is able to sit up more. Also, I would manually turn DS's head once he was sound asleep to get him off the back.
