NBR: Weird experience with a bear yesterday

DH and I were driving upstate to visit FIL for his birthday. As we were driving on the parkway, a black BEAR ran across the road and we almost crashed into it. We were both like wtf?..meanwhile, LO was sleeping peacefully through this all.

    That happened to DH a few years ago, except he ended up clipping the bear.  It caused a lot of damage to his car.  When he called the insurance agent they asked if he went back to see if the bear was ok.  Uh, no!  Who the heck would do that?!

    PS - I love your siggy pic!  Such a cutie!

    whoa!! that's kind of cool.(seeing the bear...not almost crashing into it!)..I would have been a little freaked out though!

     Aw thanks! You have a little handsome man as well. They grow up so fast.
