I am just wondering how to find time ? If you are exercising what are you doing ( type of exercise) and do you make it out to the gym or workout in your own home ?
I want to sign up for studio pilates, for at least 1x per week.
I have a flexible work schedule, so I just leave work at 4:00 now instead of 5:00 and go to the gym. That way I get home at the same time as normal to spend time with DH and DS. Or, you can do Yoga or some other sort of exercise video when LO is napping right at home.
i take LO on walks and we dance at home (or he lays on floor and i dance to entertain him and get a little movement in). i'll stretch or do squats/pushups while he's playing and i can entertain him. but havne't made it to the gym yet.
a few times i've also done a quick dvd while he naps, but that is harder for me to pull off b/c when he sleeps i usually try to get house stuff done. so hard to find the time at all!
diagnosed with stage IV endo via lap surgery
IVF #1 - 27 eggs! 14 fertilized (3 natural, 11 ICSI) 5dt of A embryo, froze 6
BFP on 9/28!
Baby K born via surprise c-section after 15 hrs of labor and he is perfect!!
Goodness no I am not exercising. I pump 4 times a day and lug my almost 16 pound baby around in the moby for 4-6 hours a day. I am tired after that, haha.

We've settled into a pretty good routine. We get up, nurse, and play for a while, and then I'll pop DD into her swing while I get on the treadmill. She'll usually nap straight through me working out and taking a quick shower.
I started excersising at 5 weeks post partum. I took DS with me to the gym. I would go when he was sleeping and keep his carseat beside me. Then i quit for a month or so. I started to get really tired/worn out when he was around 2.5 months old. Now i'm back at the gym and feeling almost back to normal. I love it that leaving DS at home isnt an issue anymore. I can go whenever DH is home.
I've made it to the gym a few times. It kills me that my membership is going to waste, but it's just so hard to find the time. I get up between 5/5:30am and don't get home from work until 6:00pm. With everything else that needs to be done, exercising just doesn't make it onto the priority list.
I'm home with DD for another 2 weeks, so I've been able to find time during the day when she's napping, or when DH is home to hang out with her. I don't know what I'm going to do once I start back to work... exercising is really important to me, and not just because I still have 20 lbs to lose!! I usually do a tae bo video or run on the treadmill 5X/week, and do hand weights and abs a few times a week as well.
I'm hoping that one day DD starts sleeping until at least 6 am (through the night... which for my DD is probably wishful thinking!) and then I can just get up at 5 for my workout.
I've started walking on the treadmill and taking Emmie for walks outside now that the weather is cooler. DH knows how much I love my cardio time so after he gets home from work he watches the LO for as long as I need to get in a workout and a stress free shower. I look forward to my "me time" every day! Later when I need to work out and DH isn't around I'll be using the handheld video monitor we have.
We go for walks a couple of days a week. I finally got to run on Sunday when my husband was home and could watch him -- I can't wait until I can use a jogging stroller! I have DVDs (Shred and yoga) but haven't opened them recently. Like someone else said, when he naps, I usually log on or get stuff done around the house (or eat lunch or go to the bathroom), so I can't work out
I want to try a mommy and me yoga class before I go back to work.
