I did a blue-on-blue striped background, then "Dexter is Turning 1" across the top. Then 7 circles with his pictures from newborn - 11m (roughly every other month) to show him growing up so fast!
I used scrapblog. And if I weren't so picky, I could have been done in an hour. But of course I had to switch out the pictures 20 times and change the font 30 times just to see what I liked best.
Actual party info was on the inside of the card. (Could also put it on the back, but I ended up printing via snapfish, and a folded card worked out better somehow.)
