Home sick today...

..and I even sent DS to MIL's house.  I usually don't do that, I always keep him home with me, but I just couldn't do it today.  I have the worst cold/headache ever.  Ugh.

I think this coffee, while watching the Today show in my pj pants, Phillies hoodie, and Uggs will help me feel better though.  Oh, and DH is making me homemade chicken soup for dinner.  YAY!

It's so nice to be taken care of every once in a while, right?

Damn it.  CAUGHT!  lol... for serious though, I kept trying to stay awake for the game and I made it though like 8 innings.  Then I fell asleep but DH was yelling when they won and I woke up to see the celebration.  Thankfully my TV in my room was still on with the game so I didn't even have to find the remote

PS- I cried when they all touched the HK.  What a sap!

We only got to watch the very end, since we don't live in the Philly area.  We were "watching" it on CBS Sports's scoreboard.  finally, ESPN switched over and showed Lidge coming in and ending the game.  I got all teary-eyed, too.
