Babies: 0 - 3 Months

I was asked twice this week by two different people...

if my birth was "normal" or a c-section.  Both times left me at a loss for a moment and I just replied with "vaginal".  Even I found that to be rather insensitive.

Re: I was asked twice this week by two different people...

  • I think ppl are uncomfy saying "vaginal"
  • Loading the player...
  • I think people say normal because they are uncomfortable (and/or too immature) to use the word vaginal...

IMO, if you aren't close enough with someone to use that word you probably shouldn't be asking!!?
