My shins hurt really badly and I had just coated myself about five minutes before I went.

It is really really strong.  

She goes "ummm, do you have IcyHot on?  I can smell it all the way over here."

No I paid as quickly as possible and got out of there as soon as possible- leaving an IcyHot cloud in my wake.
