did you squeeze your boobs while preg?

i give mine a good squeeze every now and then. sometimes a little dab of colostrum comes out, sometimes not. i'm just wondering if i'm going to somehow mess up the natural order of things if i squeeze too often. any advice/thoughts?

Too much can cause contractions.

You have to do major stimulation to your breast to cause contractions, squeezing now and then shouldn't hurt anything.
