1st Trimester

I worked out today!.......

.....and then I completely passed out on my couch when I got home! I mean I actually did not have the strenght to get up off the couch for about 2 hours.  All I did was walk on the treadmill for 45 min and then did some light weights.  I can't believe how much it knocked me out!  I used to be able to go rollerblading for an  hour and take hour long body sculpt classes without a problem .  I feel so out of shape!  Ugh!

    I walk my dog every day for an hour at a nice brisk pace...lately when I get home I need to sit down for at least an hour to recuperate hahah!

  • I'm proud of you!  I skip the working out part and go right from work to the couch every afternoon :(  I try to console myself with the fact I don't sit at all for 8 hours at work, but I really need to get back to the gym.  Go you!!

  • Ugh - I am the same way! I used to work out 5-6 days a week for at least an hour doing pretty hard core cardio (kickbox, step class, spinning, etc) with a few days of weights. It seemed like over night my stamina went into the basement and I am totally now wiped after 45 minutes just doing the treadmill or elliptical. It is so depressing, right????
