.....and then I completely passed out on my couch when I got home! I mean I actually did not have the strenght to get up off the couch for about 2 hours. All I did was walk on the treadmill for 45 min and then did some light weights. I can't believe how much it knocked me out! I used to be able to go rollerblading for an hour and take hour long body sculpt classes without a problem . I feel so out of shape! Ugh!

I walk my dog every day for an hour at a nice brisk pace...lately when I get home I need to sit down for at least an hour to recuperate hahah!
