Meat seller at my door

Some guy with a truck full of frozen meat rings my doorbell.  DH answers and the guy asks if his parents are home!!  HAHA!  Then he says that he is on his way back to the store and has some meat to get rid of.  No thanks!!

It is probably stolen meat too. DH sees people with carts full of meat race out the grocery store doors without paying a cent all the time.

We get people like that too, but its some like "Swan" man guy.  We have bought from them before as its all frozen.  Its ok meat, but I prefer fresh from the store

LOL!  we had a frozen meat guy come during the day once, and he asked me if my parents were home.  i gave him a dirty look and shut the door.

What??? This is so weird! 

I never in my life have seen people run out of the grocery store with carts full of meat.  How often does your DH see that happen?

I def. would not buy any food items from someone knocking on my door like that (girl scout cookies and neighborhood kids doing school fundraisers aside)
