One that I remember from my dad's Monday Night Football nights that was super easy is triscuit pizzas. They're yummy, easy, and fun to snack on.
Just lay out triscuits on a cookie sheet, put a square of mozzarella on each, and a pepperoni slice on each. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts.
We do a sort of chicken fajita thing with pita bread or falita tortillas. Make up the chicken (marrinaded in chakas mmm zesty sauce), peppers & onion on skewers and bbq.
A really good eayt dip for corn chips, like Tostitos, is 1 can no beans chili mixed with 1 block of cream cheese. Heat and stir until blended and serve hot. It's so good!
I always make pigs in the blanket....just crescent rolls and hot dogs....and nacho dip...layer sour cream, hormell chili w/o beans, and cheese...and just heat in the microwave
Buffalo chicken dip is always a hit for football...
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot?)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
Directions:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

I also LOOOOVE the spinach artichoke dip on this page:
mix rotel and velveeta for a yummy cheese dip or make bacon wrapped anything (we love jalapenos, green beans and asparagus) or do a make-your-own-pizza bar!
