How do you know if your supply is "tanking"?

I stopped pumping (oh thank god) last week.  I think I have enough freezer stash to last till 1 year (for emergencies).  But I am still breastfeeding.  So, I have no idea how much DD is getting.  How would I know if my supply is "tanking"?

I haven't been there so I'm not certain but I think LO would be very fussy at the breast if you weren't producing enough to satisfy her.  It may take a while for your supply to adjust to cutting out the pumping.
