Ester C safe?

Hi all,

I've read all the links with the safe meds and don't see Vitamin C.  I'm starting to get a tickle in my throat and don't want to get sick.  Can I take Ester-C (which is a super-concentrated dose of Vitamin C.)?

    I wondered something similar since I've developed a cold. Since I'm on prenatal vitamins that have vitamin C I decided to forego anything like that, since it is possible to overdose on vitamin C.

    Vit-C is safe in normal doses as long as it's buffered with something such as rose hips.
