Prenatal Yoga Classes

Just wanted to let you all know, I found a pretty good Prenatal Yoga class in the Dr. Phillips Area.  It's called Yoga Matrix Studio (the same Dr. Phillips shopping plaza as Albertsons & Mortons).  I've attended 2 classes so far, and have been feeling really good afterwards.  It's suppose to help with the delivery process as well, and who couldn't use some help in that department Smile!  It's Tuesdays at 4:30-5:30.

    Thank you for posting that. I live nearby and have been considering that studio. I have been to full circle yoga in winter park but this is much closer!
