Screws on but don't put them in the dishwasher.  People complain the seal breaks in the top of the cup but that's why - the dishwasher.

Then after you screw the lid on, wait a few minutes and then see if you can tighten it some more.  If it's not on tight, it leaks.  Sounds like a b*tchy pain in the ass but it's really not.  I need a second cup just like it and can't frickin' find another one.  If you do, get one for me please!!
