Morning sickness or stomach virus? (a little TMI)

I'm 12 weeks today, and so far no vomiting - until this morning. I had some nausea around 5-6 weeks, but that went away. This morning I took a sip of water and vomited it up right away. Do you think it's morning sickness or a stomach virus? I should point out that yesterday I wasn't feeling 100% and had a stomach ache most of the day.

If you don't have a fever, diarrhea, nausea, or any other symptoms like then it's probably m/s.  Or maybe you were just really, really hungry and the drink of water made you nauseous and your blood sugar is low.  I hope you feel better!

This.  Every time I've ever had a stomach virus I've been 100% sure of it b/c vomiting normally isn't the only symptom....there's typically bad stomach cramps, diarrhea, a fever, etc as well.

I've thrown up a couple of times seemingly out of nowhere this pregnancy as well....1 minute = fine, next minute=gagging, next minute=over toilet.  Chalk it up to m/s!
