Need dinner ideas...

Nothing sounds good and I have major aversions to meat, particularly chicken or fish... any ideas? the last few nights I had a bowl of kix, plain pasta with butter and parmesan, baked potatoes and salad...

Re: Need dinner ideas...

  • I should add I am super queasy and pukey off and on these days...so much harder to make myself eat something healthy if it sounds awful...comes right back up.

  • go to the store and buy some frozen veggie patties and make little veggie burgers.  YUMMY!

Oh and I hear yams are good for a pregnant woman's diet.  And they're yummy too!

    Or you can make soup.

    Or make a yummy salad.

  • Lots of yummy vegetarian recipes here:

DH (who is not a vegetarian) and I both really love the Enchilada Bake and the "Hamburger" Macaroni Casserole.  Both are easy to make and have lots of leftovers.

  • Hmmm... who knows.  Lately my diet has been yogurt in the morning and tater tots for lunch/dinner because I can't stomach anything else.

Last night I was able to have a salad, though.

  • I am having the same problem!  I make something and then gag trying to eat it.  It's awful!  Peanut butter and Jelly sounds good to me though....  That's hardly healthy though
