ok so 7 days ago i finally had my GP appointment to confirm prego and get the referral.  I am so impatient i want to go to the OB and get that all started, I want an ultra sound.....UGH I'm 7 weeks today and feel like I am behind LOL. I bet I go home tonight and the paperwork is there

I think you'll find that most women get thier first apt around 8 or even as late as 10wks so you're not behind at all.

I know its hard to wait but just be glad everything is healthy and going well that you don't need to be seen any sooner. My first OB appt was not supposed to be until this Friday but I have already had 2 ultrasounds because of bleeding...I would have rather waited than go through this!

Nah, you're not really behind. My first appointment is on Thursday and I'll be 9w3d. I may or may not get an ultrasound. It's been a looong wait and it's typical. Some people have to wait until 10-12 weeks. And some don't get u/s's until 20 weeks.
