What have you made lately?

OMG this was good. I did a fine dice on the red onion (and only used about 1/4 of an onion). I've made this twice in the last few weeks, which I never do.

This was really good, too, but I've only made it with her meatballs once. The other times I just use store-bought frozen to save time. I'd never had Italian Wedding Soup before and thought this was really good, but I have nothing to compare it to. I wasn't so sure about the spinach, but it was delish.

we're baking apple bread tonight... we have SOOOO many apples!   I will be baking all week.  gonna freeze a few loaves if it's good. dh wants apple cobbler... and we'll just bake some for part of a meal one night.  ???  any other suggestions, give 'em to me!
