I know this might sound random, but does anyone know if an adopted child has any rights to there birth parents estate if they pass away?

Also, if the birthparents set it up in a legal document such as a will or trust, they can set up the child as a beneficiary. As the recipient, they would receive the estate. In that case, the birthparent would have to have the new legal name of the adopted child.
