Good News!
I am here on and off and I have definitely complained about the work environment post baby. I was very afraid of being pigeon-holed like previous moms who went on ML while in this dept (their promotability completely vanished).
Guess what? I just got promoted. I am stunned. I "should have" been promoted last spring but ML definitely affected that. However, I guess I proved myself upon returning. So I have given ML and motherhood a good name in my department after several bad experiences. And I get more money, woot!
