Sams Club, Costco, etc... Are these stores worth the membership fee? Worth shopping at? Sorry if this is a dumb question.. I had a Sams Club card before DD and when we were first married yrs ago and didn't use it but once I think. Any opinions? How well does it work for your fam and needs? Tia!

    We shopped at BJs for a few months hoping to notice a decrease in overall costs of grocery shopping.  We bought in bulk so we definitely shopped less but I kept track of receipts and stuff and it wasn't really making a noticeable impact in the overall budget for shopping.  Also when I compared prices they seemed to be a bit higher, the only benefit was being able to use their coupons and manufacters coupons at the same time.  Also the cuts of meat were not good at all.

    We have a Costco membership & I'm not finding a ton of difference. I think it's great if you have a large family. The only real price savings is on some of the non food items. Hangers, baby clothes, stuff like that.

    I like the meat though. That seems to be a good buy & quility.
