BF: puffy areola??

do any of you get puffy areolas when you're a bit engorged and/or full of your supply??  when i manually express milk it goes back to normal...   just wondering if this happens to any of you...

    Yep, happens to me everytime. I find that if you just press your fingers on either side of the nipple and then above and below, the puffiness goes down so that you can get a decent latch.
