I know several of you are working on the 30-day shred, so I thought I'd post a check-in to motivate you! How is it going? What level are you on? How many days in?
I finished my 30 days a while ago, but I've been doing the level 3 workout a few times a week because I love it! DH and I do it together after Brady goes to sleep at night because we seem to only have time for a 20 minute workout! My abs, arms, and legs can definitely feel a difference after doing this workout for a while.

Sigh...I wish I was doing better, but there's just no TIME during the week!! I usually Shred after work and after putting HC to bed, but then dinner is after 8pm and what with working out and eating that late, I don't sleep well those nights. Working late 2 nights this week isn't helping either. BUT I did manage to Shred Sunday morning, and I'm still feeling it today. No weight loss goal in mind, just wanting the pants to fit a bit better than they do. I'm not giving up and may even go to Level 2 periodically to mix things up a bit.

2 pounds in a week is awesome! Sorry on demand doesn't have level 3.
