XP: How long for Endometrin?

(since it seems pretty slow on the Success after IF board, I figured I would also give this post a shot over here) 

Good morning,

I was hoping you guys could tell me how long you were advised to stay on progesterone supplements.  I have been taking Endometrin and was told I could stop at 9 weeks.  At first, I couldn't WAIT for 9 weeks to come and go because I HATE using the suppositories....but now I can't bring myself to stop because I am nervous.  I keep seeing people who use progesterone through the first trimester.  I have a doctor's appt. on Thursday and will definitely be talking to her about this issue, but until then, I was curious what your experiences have been.

I was told to stop at 10 weeks, I ran out a couple days early and my RE said it was fine to stop then instead of reordering for just a couple days.

I just asked my OB yesterday and she said after 11 weeks because then the placenta has taken over. I'm just gonna do it because its one more week and better safe than sorry.

My Re told me I could stop at 8 weeks but I felt too nervous to do that so I waited until I saw my new OB/GYN and he told me to stay on them until 12 weeks. I also HATE using them but I feel safer using them until 12 weeks.

I was told by my RE to keep on it until 12 weeks, at 10 weeks I was told to start weening off by only using every other day. My progesterone last week was 136. I will ask my OB to run another test prior to stopping completely.
