I had a really painful twinge in my lower abdomen, close to my pelvic bone earlier tonight. It lasted about three seconds and was randomly gone. Is this normal, or should I worry?

I got these the other day and posted and lots of girls get them. Said they were round ligament pain. It wasn't horrible and they went away so I'm thinking it's all good. You just need to worry if they are horrible pains that make you double over and it doesn't go away.
Hi i am just about as far along as you. Yipppeee! I feel a sensation like cramping, but not cramping, like something is attaching now and again, from what i am reading it is normal...if there is any spotting, I would check it out.,.,
I've been having them off and on for a couple of days - seriously thought AF was about to show. Apparently, it's just my pumpkin making room! As long as you're not bleeding, no need to worry, but you should always feel like you can call your dr. if you want to. That's why they're there!
Thanks, it makes me happy to know they're pretty normal. I've had other cause for concern the last few days, and don't want to stress myself out more than usual.
I've had a m/c before, so I know it's not that. It just surprised me is all, lol.

I'm in the same boat! Like after sitting down once today, then stood up quick, i had a sharp little pain for a couple of seconds kinda right in the middle of my abdomen. Its not constant, it comes and goes every now and then...it can kinda be scary, but it's really all normal!
