Baby hates the crib...

Is anyone else going through this?

He will not sleep in his crib or basinett. We are lucky that he'll go in it for maybe a few hours at night. Right now, he's napping in his bouncy chair and spends most nights sleeping on my chest. Is this normal? He's 6w old.

my DS did this as well.  I just let him sleep where he was comfortable.  We actually moved his swing and bouncy chair into the bedroom and that is where he slept at night.  He is now 10 wks and LOVES his crib and prefers to sleep there at night.  GL!

Oh my God I almost posted this exact same thing earlier. My little guy hates his crib, he will pass out like a champ anywhere else literally ANYWHERE else expect his frigging expensive ass crib! UGHHH! So I'm bringing up the vibration bouncer tonight and hope that gives him some rest as well as myself!

We've got one of those babies too!  He sleeps in bed with us at night, and on me during the day, usually in his Moby.

my little one hates the bassinet but will sleep in the pack and play, lol.

I would just go with it for now. You can work on him, slowly but surely, as time goes on. We went thru a phase where he would only sleep in the bouncy seat.
