Had a bit of a scare, but its all good!

Went to the doctor today for our 12 weeks appointment. When the doctor tried to find the heartbeat with the doppler he couldn't, so immediately I was concerned. Doctor said it was common and gave us another ultrasound. Sure enough baby is bouncing around with his little heart fluttering away, I guess the placenta muffled the sound. Only one more week to go and then I'm moving on up!

That would be scary, but at least you got to see your little baby again!  I'm glad everything turned out to be ok.  I can't wait until I get to see that there's actually a little someone in there.  I don't know how I'm going to get through the next four weeks.  First tri is the longest trimester - every day feels like a week!
