good appointment, but also confusing

Went for my 2nd OB appointment today. At my first one, they figured I was 8w but I measured 7w3d which made sense b/c my cycles are long and I ovulate late. I went back today, which would then be 11w1d and measured 12w. I know it doesn't really matter what my due date is, but I would like to know if I'm closer to the end of this trimester or not!

Have my NT next Monday so we'll see what they say.

The earlier the u/s, the more accurate it is at determing your EDD.  I measured more and more ahead with each u/s I had, but my EDD was never changed.  By 34w when I was measuring 3 weeks ahead, then they started to worry.  But, early on... it's fairly accurate!
