sleepywrap, which seems to be the same thing as a moby and it is a lifesaver for me.  My son is walking but he can't go up and down stairs by himself, and I have to hold his hand when we are walking outside so he doesn't run onto the road.  With the wrap I can have my hands free to pick him up and put him on my hip, and the wrap holds my newborn all snug and secure.
