Need fashion help

I am looking for a pair of casual shoes to wear on weekends with jeans, Docker-type pants, whatever. Something I can wear socks with, no heel. I don't like how bulky sneakers are, and I want something that is not as casual as a sneaker if that makes sense. Preferably something neutral that will go with a lot of different colors.

Have you seen Privo flats? If so, what do you think of them and/or that style? Would you wear socks with them? Here is an example:

    I found socks made just for flats--they have a gripper thing in the back to keep them from slipping up and down (a problem I always have) and they're cut so they don't show on the toe or the side. They're awesome. I don't wear regular socks with them.

    I have a pair of plain black flats, plain brown flats, and some deep purple ones with a ruffle toe. The black and brown are leather, and the purple are suede. I have some like you pictured that I wear occasionally, but I like the slightly dressier look.

    I'm not a fan. And, to me, they practically are a sneaker, so they're just as casual.

    What about some cute Pumas?
