I've gotten back into working out and after about 30 minutes of running I can no longer hold my pee. It doesn't matter how many kegels I do or how many times I pee before I hit the pavement, I still leak pee by the end of my run. It's just embarrassing and frustrating. I don't want to workout in a gym until I can get this under control.
Was anyone given exercises other than Kegels? I think that I need to take this to the next level.
