So my search for lighter winter-type coats for the girls at this weekend's consignment sales came up flat. Any suggestions where to look now? Thanks!

Last year I got SC a coat at Walmart...reversible fleece/waterproof. Heavier coat as it was quilted, but not too heavy. That coat held up surprisingly well and it was as inexpensive as they come. Looked great at end of season...try there. I will also say the Garanimal shirts I bought at Walmart last year held up better than the gymboree ones when it came to shrinking....the Garanimal pants did fade, but hey they are cheap!
Gymboree has a big sale right now.
